This is a 3 bedroom condo located in the Villas Condos in New Tampa. It is a quiet, gated community on a primarily residential street. Community amenities include a pool and 24/7 fitness room. The room available is my "purple room", which is yours exclusively. It has a full-size bed, 4-drawer dresser, and nightstand.
There is also a small TV with a DVD player and Roku for you to access your own Hulu/Netflix, etc. The closet is used for the water purification system and some storage but has plenty of room to accommodate your use. The bathroom is shared.

My place is not messy, but it's also not a show place. I am not a creative, decorative type and I do not have an interior decorator. I only aim to deliver a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for myself that I hope is ultimately the same for you.

I have cats.
Guests will have access to the living room, laundry room and kitchen. I only ask that you clean up after yourself. If you plan to cook, please provide your own food - you can use my pots, utensils, condiments, etc. I also have a good selection of board games and books you are welcome to use as long as it all ends up back as you found it.

I live in this space on a regular basis. I'm home in the evenings and on weekends. Feel free to make yourself at home even when I'm around. I think I'm easy to get along with but I don't require that you have active conversation with me!

If you smoke, do it outside in the parking lot and please take a walk before you come back in.

Don't break anything or make a mess of anything on purpose. Life happens. Most things are fixable. But I don't want anyone tearing the place up.

This is a gated community. A gate clicker is available for a $5 flat fee. The replacement fee for a lost/broken clicker is $50. Access is otherwise granted by the callbox each time you enter.

A key to the fitness room is available for a $5 flat fee.
