NOTICE: You will be assigned either of the 3 bedrooms shown in the pictures.

This is not a rooming house, hostel, hotel, motel, b&b, etc. We are regular folks offering the spare rooms in our simple home as an inexpensive short-term housing option. Our 3-bedroom home is located in a family oriented, well-kept, quiet and very safe area in Jamaica-Queens. Each guest room has a full-size captain's bed w/ drawers, night stand w/ lamp, ceiling fans, closet, table w/ chair, full-length mirror, iron, hairdryer and TV w/ cable.

There's a shared full bath in the hallway and light kitchen access to include use of plates/eating utensils, microwave and refrigerator for storage of very few items. Also, your stay includes WIRELESS INTERNET and complimentary tea/coffee.
Plenty of street parking, restaurants, shops, parks, convenience stores, ATMs, groceries and laundromats are within walking distance.

TRANSPORTATION
● 5-mins. drive to JFK
● 25 mins. to LGA
● Buses Q111 and a faster commuter van is within a 6 min. walk and can take you to the E/J/Z/F trains in 15-20 mins. From there Midtown Manhattan is only 35 mins. away.
● LIRR train (Locust Manor Station) is within walking distance (15 mins.) but a car/taxi is recommended if carrying a lot or heavy luggage.
● LIRR train (Jamaica Station) train is 15-20mins. on the Q6 bus. From either LIRR train stop, you can get to Penn Station/Manhattan in 30-35mins. and Atlantic Station/Downtown Brooklyn in 20mins.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
● 4 nights minimum (Check-in 4pm / Check-out 11am)
● 1-2 Guests per room (one guest must be atleast 18yrs.)
● $100 Cash Damage Deposit (refundable at checkout).
