Affordable Beachfront Bedroom 5

This is a 5-bedroom oceanfront property, located in the Marbella neighborhood (in between the Cabrero and Torices neighborhoods) which is only 10 minutes away from the Old Walled City. It is complete with all amenities and at least one English-speaking American on the premises at all times to help you with your questions, concerns, and travel plans. This listing is for a bedroom with a bathroom. This bedroom is for one person or a couple. The price for a couple is $35EUR per day, because of the additional use in utilities.
Throughout the year, this property houses a respectful, hardworking American couple that is willing to share the peace, comfort, beauty, and tranquility of the Caribbean with one or two guests. For your convenience, there is a small store on the first floor of our building for your basic day to day needs. Usually, I work during the mornings, but I am free in the afternoons. Depending on when your flight comes in, my husband or I might be able to meet you at the airport or even show you around town. This has been the standard routine, but we will need to exchange some emails to make sure that the scheduling works out for us. This large bedroom has air conditioning capability, but the price to run the A/C is an extra $24EUR per week, since electricity here is quite expensive. Please take special note of the fact that there are no elevators in this building, and you are on a 5th floor penthouse, which means you will have to walk up 5 flights of stairs; this is often easy for most people, but if you have knee issues, then please reconsider. And don't worry about your heavy luggage; I will make sure somebody brings it up for you.
