We have attractive common areas which include a living room, TV room, dining room, business or study area and specatacular terrace with a traditional Argentine parilla (BBQ) and view of the cupola of the Basilica of San Carlos.

Four rooms are available at the following rates: day/week/month.
- Terrace suite with private kitchen and bathroom for 1 or 2 people - $60/$360/$950 E.
- Master bedroom with private bathroom for 1 or 2 people - $45/$300/$850 E.
- Moroccan room for 1 or 2 people with shared bathroom - $30/$190/$600 E.
- Small single for 1 person - $20/$120/$420 E.
Prices include breakfast, sheets and towels, cleaning twice a week and wifi.

We would like to welcome you to our historic, 100 year old apartment in the heart of the real Buenos Aires. We are architects who have completely renovated and modernized the interior of this beautiful building.
Location
Our neighbour is the magnificent Basilica San Carlos, where Pope Francisco was baptized. We are located in Almagro, an authentic porteño neighbourhood complete with classic restaurants like Las Violetas and famous for its tango roots. Our house has been designated for historical preservation.
Conveniently located just off Rivadavia, buses to all parts of the city are close by and the A line of the subway is only three blocks away. There is great shopping area down the street at the intersection of La Plata and Rivadavia.
