The Reingau area is situated in the heart of Wiesbaden. It has a flair of Paris with its small family owned restaurants and bars and friendly atmosphere with a lush green surrounding. In the building of Cosy city you have a big Supermarket downstairs, and for your morning wake up , just pop over across the street and you have one of the most famous bakery's in Wiesbaden, with fresh breads and coffee to go. You don't need a car to take you around in the city. Walking distance to the main shopping street Langasse takes you 10 minutes.
The diverse Hessian capital is well-worth visiting. Other than the numerous tourist attractions and recreational activities in Wiesbaden, Rheingau is also worth a visit.

„Für die Parksituation 0 Globes.
Nach 17:00 zählt nur noch Dreistigkeit in 4ter Reihe parken. Wir haben in der Cosy Butique übernachtet, weil das Cosy mini belegt war.
Die Wohnung hat leichte bis mittlere Gebrauchsspuren und befindet sich im letzten Hinterhof. Bett und Couch sind sehr durchgelegen/gesessen. Kippenstummel schwammen im der Toilettenkeramik. Die Schranktüren klemmten und der Boden knarzt wie Bolle. Die Klo und Schlafraumtür sind Sperrholzbretter in Studiotürschienen. Leider nicht Abschliessbar und alles andere als sauber eingebaut.
"Achtung:2 Nägel schauen zwischen Tisch und Tresen aus dem Boden raus. Sehr starke Verletzungsgefahr."
Alles in Allem etwas zu Teuer für die Liste der Beanstandungen. Der Stil der Wohnung ist im Grunde genommen gut, aber die Ausführung und die Verarbeitung lassen schwer zu Wünschen übrig."
