Location Location Location! The flat is located in a safe neighborhood in the center of Taksim. It is only 50 meters away from the Istiklal Street. The nightlife is on the this street! You may also find lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, antique stores,vintage stores, book stores and souvenir shops.
The tram and the bus stations are a 5 minute walking distance from the flat. You can get to the Historical Peninsula (Old Town) easily, where you can visit the Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Blue Mosque or the Basilica Cistern. Also the flat is very close to the ferries for a visit to the Prince's Islands.
On foot, you can reach several Turkish Baths, the Galata tower, Galata Whirling Dervish Lodge, Istanbul Modern Art Museum, Museum of Innocence (opened by the Turkish novelist Orhan Pamuk), Pera Museum, mosques, churches, synagogues, many art galleries as well as the sea side!
The apartment is in a newly renovated old building, second floor, clean and cosy.
It the bedroom, there is a queen size bed and wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with a dish washer, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishes and an oven.
In the Bathroom there is a washing machine and a hair dryer.
There is a sofa-bed to sleep for 2 persons in my living room.
