Unbelievable 1000 Sq. ft 1 Bedroom suite at Trump International Hotel ideal for the family getaway. This oversized accommodation at Trump Beach resort is elegantly appointed with contemporary furnishings, luxurious bedding, marble baths and private balcony which makes it ultimate in oceanfront comfort.

MASTER BEDROOM
1 King Bed in the bedroom with walk in closet. There is an extra cot in the closet which can be used.

MASTER BATHROOM
Double vanity, glass-enclosed standing shower with Jacuzzi.

OPEN LIVING/DINING ROOM
1 Sofa bed, dining table for 4, Flat Screen TV, Balcony with Chairs, view of the ocean from the balcony.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped with all cooking supplies. There are a washer and dryer in the unit.

RESORT FACILITIES
Take advantage of all amenities offered by the hotel including Gym, Spa, Pool, Beach Access, Restaurants, Bar etc.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
The extra cot is available for $9.99/day.

The daily resort fee of $100 is a discounted package that will include
• Valet Service (Reg. $35/day per entry)
• Two Passes to the Spa ($50/pp value)
• Two Beach Chair Rentals ($30/day value),
• Free Internet ($35/day value)
• Free Shuttle Service to common local attractions (Ex: Aventura Mall etc).

Rates and availability are subject to change and only guaranteed once booking is confirmed. Rates vary depending on season and length of stay. Posted rates may not apply to selected holidays including but not limited to Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter/Passover weeks.

NOTE: We require a minimum of 5 nights stays from December 15 to January 3.
House rules
Our Rental agreement will be sent Via email and need to be signed upon booking acceptance.

For reservations longer than a week, Guest may be able to pay 50% up front and 50% 3 weeks before arrival.

There are no refunds to bookings. There are no cancellations allowed. If guests cancel booking before the 3 week period then the second half will not be charged 1st half is non-refundable minus service fees.

This property is exclusively for vacation and relaxation rental only, not for events. please coordinate with the host if you are planning to have an event (birthday celebration/gathering/min-reunion, etc) at any given time during your stay for proper assistance.

No loud music or noise that can disturb the neighbors. If security is called they will issue a violation/fine and the amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

Please note that you will be required to submit a copy of your ID (front and back) upon confirmation of your booking. The ID has to match the name on the reservation.

Minimum of 21 years old to check in. If below 21, the front desk will not let you check-in unless accompanied by an adult.
