The flat Rosella is on the ground floor of a solid old-style building: thick walls, high ceiling and cool flooring make it a safe haven from the hottest summer days.
Overlooking a private garden with a covered paved porch 7 meters long, the apartment consists of kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with standard cookware and tableware.
Beds available: can accommodate up to 4 people. Please note that linens and towels are not supplied. Also daily cleaning and reception service are not provided.
Your car will be safely arranged into the large private fenced yard surrounding the house.
Additional facilities: german TV, fan, microwave oven, sun umbrella.
The apartment is located in a quiet area of Sabbiadoro near the city centre and 600 mt. from the beach. Even closer the grocery store (100 mt.) to fill pantry and fridge if necessary.
Just a little farther (500 mt. from home) you meet the Main Street Promenade, able to fulfill all your shopping, dining and entertainment wishes.
