With a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second and another in the third bedroom, 2 twin beds in the fourth bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. In turn, this excellent property is equipped with cable TV, internet access, air conditioning, full kitchen with utensils, stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, washing machine, dryer , iron and ironing board.

To ensure a perfect stay in our temporary apartments, our guests have to inform us the exact time of arrival, that way one of our team members will be able to greet you and take you to the vacation apartment. If your arrival in Orlando occur after 6:00 PM, you must use the key, delivered at the booking confirmation time, to access the dropbox at the reception site and obtain the keys, maps of Orlando, the reference to get the condo, and the information to load into the GPS.

Transportation: Orlando has a public bus network by granting the company Lynx and with a wide coverage. It reaches the main tourist areas, attractions and to the International Airport. The stops are indicated with a footprint of lynx in pink color. You can buy tickets or passes for a day, a week or a month.
Anyway to move around Orlando, we recommend rent a car in one of the many agencies available in the city.

Reservation process: If you are ready to book our vacation apartment in Orlando, you must send us a booking request so we could accept it and send a payment request to you, that you need to accept and pay it through the different payments method offered by this website.
Minimum stay and additional fees:

1. Extended check-out up to four (4) hours, additional cost $45.00 – tax included. Or full stay applies
2. All reservations must have at least 3 nights in order to be confirmed.(additional fees will apply)
3. Minimum stay fee: 5 nights on low and mid season and 7 nights on high season (to avoid additional fee)
4. Reservations with less than the stipulated nights will be subject to a minimum stay fee as expressed on point 3. Total cost: $ 82 (taxes included)

The apartment will be professionally clean after each departure. All reservations less than the
stipulated stay will be subject to a cleaning fee as a departure cleaning. See point 4. If you require an additional cleaning within your stay extra fees will apply, please consult with the reservations department to get and updated price list. All properties are self catering during your stay.

Upon check in, the customer must provide a valid credit card that will be used as a security deposit in the amount of US $ 300.- against any negligence, damage or loss on the property during your stay. The customer will sign a contract, so if there was damage to housing during the occupation, the credit card will be charged and a written report and detailed damage will be sent within no more than twenty (20) days.
As part of the registration process, we require all guest, to buy an insurance that covers up to
$ 1,500.-, against accidental damage during the stay. The cost of this insurance is $ 55.-
Notes: One member of our guest service team will provide to the guests all the necessary information so that they can properly enjoy the vacation apartment devices (like air conditioning, internet, TV, etc.).

Directions: From Orlando Airport there are several bus options that allow you to access the center of the city of Orlando, such as the Lynx bus, which leaves for the center of the city and International Drive, from zone A of the terminal. If you want to move to other sites on the outskirts of the city you can use the regular bus that allow you to get to places like Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista in Orange County, among many others.
Outside areas A and B of the airport terminal you will find taxi ranks. For car rental you can find counters of all major international companies.

From the City Centre, you can use Bus or Taxi, too.
