Not recommended for elderlies who don't want to party!
This brand new(!) fully equipped studio apartment is perfect for two or up to 4 guests who want to sink in the city's nightlife right in the middle where it all started from. The apartment is facing the inner garden therefore it is quiet, but only a few steps down the stairs and you find yourself in the epicentre of BP's nightlife.
The apartment is all your, towels and linen is provided, free high speed WIFI, there is an option for access to a local phone, housekeeping service, airport transfer, grocery service in advance.
Seriously, if you don't want to be in the middle of the city buzz, choose a different place, because this is the heart of the 7th district, home of the famous ruin pubs, there are 264 places, clubs, bars, restaurants and spots to visit only within this single district!
You can basically find any type of cuisine from all over the world within 1 or 2 blocks from the apartment.
Ask freely if you need anything, let me know if you'd like to use any of the services like airport transfer or groceries and such!
No smoking allowed, only outside the building. Other than that, no worries, mi casa es su casa. Please take care of the apartment, it has been developed to be a party apartment, and I have to take the deposit money seriously, I know you understand this.
