It can't really get better than this in the middle of the centre surrounded by cafes restaurants and bars in the middle of downtown with peace and quiet luxurious surrounding in a fully renewed top floor apartment. Be on top of the city!

House was built in 1900, the apartment is on the top floor and can be accessed via an elevator. The imposing 65sqm air-conditioned, modernly furnished luxury apartment has 2+1 rooms.
Very quiet, specifically well-lit and spacious with high-ceiling, fully renewed with luxurious interior design and is located in the heart of the city on Egyetem Square.

Two separate bedrooms and a living room together with the kitchen and dining area fully equipped (with hotplate, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigator and freezer, cutlery etc...)

Towels and linen, paper towels all provided. A local phone provided.
Shower booth in the bathroom. Soap and shampoo also provided. The fridge always contains a number or of soft drinks and water, and the kitchen table always has some fruits/snacks prepared for your arrival.

Don't hesitate to ask for any help, for example if you need specific things in the fridge or in the apartment by the time you arrive!

High speed internet with WIFI included.
The place is euipped with high quality heating and air-conditioning system, safety doors and (sound-proof) windows.

The apartment holds up to 4 guests, children allowed only above 6 years of age. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

In the neighborhood of Egyetem Square you will dozens of new cafes and restaurants from a steak-house to asian cuisine to vegan places. Organic food store, book stores, supermarkets, a pharmacy and parks and playgrounds of Károlyi Gardens and the VásárCsarnok (Main Market Hall) in the neighborhood, 3-minute walk to Váci street or the subway station at Kálvin Square, 5 minutes to Ferenciek Square, Astoria, or the Danube bank.

We recommend the apartment for art-loving, intellectual senior guests.

In case of arriving to the airport, I have 3 professional drivers to give you an airport transfer directly to the apartment for less than normal cab rides (wouldn't recommend the cabs of the airport anyway, foreigners get ripped off quite often unfortunately)

Either me or my girlfriend will be at the apartment waiting for the guests to give them the keys and show them around.

In case you and your friends/family stays for an entire week, the airport transfer is included in the price, and also you are welcome to open or take home some Hungarian specialties from the fridge.
