We are offering to you three apartments in one flat.
The apartments are located in the heart of the city, in the historical center of the old Jewish district.Gozsdu Court 20m, Synagogue 400m, Opera Andrassi street 650m, St. Stephen's Basilica 700m, Shopping street Vaci street 1.1km. Metro stations are located in the area of 400 to 500 meters.
The completely renovated apartment (95sqm) consists of three separate rooms with a private bathroom. The rooms are 30sqm, 25sqm and 13sqm, so larger companies can make use of the accommodation.
The rooms are soundproofed and the rooms are secured with security locks.
There is a shared kitchen and dining room (18sqm). The rooms feature high quality beds, LED TV, WIFI, refrigerator. The communal kitchen and dining area is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and other kitchen equipments.
There are many restaurants, pubs, ruinpubs, beer gardens, pulsating nightlife nearby.
Size of this room is 30sqm, street view. Equipped with smart LED TV,refrigerator, cupboard,air conditioning, hair dryer. The size of the bed is 180x200, which can be converted into a separate one on request. The attached kitchen and dining room is commonly used, fully equipped, with a size of 18nm.
There are Internet Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, espresso coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, iron . Baby cots and high chairs are available upon your request.
