The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a french balcony (but no a really great view), very quiet rear side of a nice building located in the elegant Recoleta neigborhood (Arenales St, between Uruguay St. and Talcahuano St.).
Entrance to a living/dinning area, furnished with an arm chair, a single seat couch, a TV/Cable, a small table and 2 chairs, integrated with the kitchenette ( refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, iron (no ironing board)). To the right, separated by means of a shelved board, there is a bedroom furnished with a queen size bed, closet, and a little table with a lamp.
Complete bathroom (bathtub, shower, bidet, WC and wash basin) Linnen and towells are provided upon arrival. There is no washing machine, there are many laundromats around the apartment.
The flat has cold air conditioner, and heating by means of radiant ceiling, telephone for local calls, and wi-fi internet connection. The building has two elevators and 24 hours security.
