COZY FLAT, Wi-Fi, near STRFI HILL ATHENS

The apartment, because of its position very close to the city center, provides an easy and comfortable accommodation in a quite and safe neighborhood, for those who want to see the attractions of Athens and know the everyday life.
It is a roomy nice space (35m2), lying on the second floor of an apartment building, with a small balcony looking to the street, consisting of two rooms:
- A main room, being used as living-room and bedroom, with a comfortable double bed, a television set, as well as a spacious wardrobe and two book closets.
- A kitchen – dining-room with a dining table for 4 persons, an office corner and enough spare space for a foldable single bed to be set up, so that a 3d person can be accommodated.
-The water is potable.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, two electric hobs, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, plates, cutlery, pots etc.
In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a small washing machine.
-There is Wireless router in the apartment, providing Broadband Internet with unlimited use (Wi-Fi or wired).
-Sheets and towels are included and second clean sets are provided for more than 10 days stay.
-A floor-fan is provided.
-There are iron & iron board.
We generally meet guests in the apartment to give them the keys, so there is also the opportunity to provide to them information about the operation of the house, as well as about the neighborhood. As our professional establishment is nearby, it's easy to meet them again, if they like, and to respond to any possible problem.
The neighborhood is a very quite and safe residential area, very close to the center of Athens. Near the place there are several shops, including a bakery shop, a butcher's, a super-market, an excellent wine shop, as well as cooked food providing shops.
The apartment lies very close to Charilaou Trikoupi, Ippokratous and Leoforos Alexandras streets, where one can find public transport to any direction, including Acropolis (directly). The walking distance from several spots of the center of Athens (Academia, Omonia, Metro station, Archaeological Museum, Exarcheia square) is about fifteen minutes (a kilometer less or more).
One can find relatively easily (depending on the hour of the day) free parking places at a distance less than 200 m. from the apartment.
The access from the Airport is easy using the “Metro” (direct line to “Ampelokipi Station”) and then a bus, for a route about a 1,5 km. The bus stop is at a 300 m. distance from the house.
Our guests are welcomed to use the apartment freely, respecting the place and the quite hours.
We like pets, but the apartment is not suitable for them, so they are not allowed.
Smoking is allowed but we would appreciate very much, if our guests used the balcony, when the weather permits it.
