The apartment consists of two rooms and includes a charming living room with kitchen area and a bedroom. It has 4+1 beds, (beds, not extendable sofas). The furniture and equipment is all new. All beds, including the extra bed, are furnished with luxury matresses. The BEDROOM is furnished with two twin beds or a double bed. If necessary, an additional bed can be placed. In the LIVING ROOM, there is: a sleeping area with a big single bed, suitable for a couple or one person, and a built-in kitchen. You will have: a fridge, microwave, mini oven, hot plates, extractor hood, washer with dryer, dining table, crockery and cutlery, iron and irining board. The two air-conditioners installed in each room will ensure your comfort both in the hot summer days and in winter. To stay informed and be able to connect to your world, we have provided two digital TVs and Wi-fi connection.
All rooms have key locks and can be rented seprately.
Near the apartment there is a 24h guarded parking lot.
The apartment is very suitable for business trips, part-time students, master’s degree students, and for people on holiday in the beutiful sea capital of Bulgaria.

RATES per ROOM: for two -from 25 to 40 BGN, for three- from 30 to 45 BGN, for one person- from 20 to 30 BGN, depending on the room type and the season.
THE RATE FOR THE WHOLE APARTMENT is from 40 to 75 BGN depending on the season and the number of accommodated persons.
