My accomodation is pretty small as it has only one room but it's very practical though. There's a queen-size bed, a kitchen part and a bathroom (kind of second room). The studio is nice and new.

Located up the hill, you'll get downtown in about 15min. The Otago Peninsula is a must-see if you're in Dunedin. Otherwise the city is pretty lively with lots of bars and clubs. You'll find a broad range of activities from quiet ones to more dancey ones ;) (great moutain biking around, the beach is not so far etc).
