We are at the foot of the 427, easily connecting you with the gardiner, or 401. In light traffic you will be a 15 minute drive from downtown or 20 minutes to Yonge and Lawrence via the 401.
Master bedroom has a king bed and 42" flat screen TV. Guest room has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a single bed, suitable for child or teen. Lots of closet and storage space. Full bath on the top floor.
Kitchen includes gas stove, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave. Lots of cupboard and storage space. Fully stocked with everything you need- dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and more.
Main floor includes 48" flat screen TV with Apple TV (hook up to your netflix or shomi account). Super comfy designer couch and loveseat. Dining area includes a breakfast bar and full dining table with leather chairs (west elm), and an open office area overlooking the back garden. Powder room/ 2 piece bath on the main floor. There is also a heated sun room.
Brand new washer and dryer in the basement.
Back yard is completely private with killer BBQ. It's so quiet you'll think you're in the country- you can even see the stars at night!
We are looking for a professional here long term on business, professional couple or family who would like to rent while they relocate, look for their next house, or need a home away from home due to renovations.

The house is located in Long Branch, a 20 minute drive to the downtown Toronto core. We are a 5 minute walk from a beautiful park with beach and trails for walking.
We are in an excellent location for commuters, the Go-Train station is a 5 minute walk from our house, which will take you directly downtown Toronto, or to Hamilton or Niagara Falls quickly. We are also in an excellent location for those driving, we are at the foot of the 427, which will take you to the Gardiner Expressway or the 401 in a matter of minutes. We are a 10 minute drive from the Toronto International Airport.
