Modern Apartment in Rome St.Peter's - Vatican museums: renovated, bright, lofty 2 bedroom apartment, with charming Scandinavian design & all modern comforts.

Fabulously located in the centre of Rome, just a short walk from the Vatican museums and Saint Peter's. The perfect base to explore Rome. The apartment - available on Homeaway since 20 December 2015- is rented clean, with sheets and towels.

The apartment, which can accommodate 6 guests, has:
- 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom

- 1 Twin Room with shared Bathroom in the Hallway

- 1 Dining Room (table for 6 guests)

The apartment is located about 5 minutes away from the Vatican museums - which are also visible from the window of the house - San Pietro is a 10 minute walk, two metro stations (Ottaviano line A, Cipro line A) are located few minutes away on foot. The apartment is in a stunning location not only for the closest attractions (St. Peter, Vatican Museums, Borgo Pio, Castel Sant'Angelo) but also for the shops, the banks, the local market, the supermarkets, the bakeries, the restaurants that are close at hand. The area is served by a multitude of transportation.

The apartment
The apartment in Rome blends, with simple elegance, English style and Scandinavian design for a neat, relaxing, minimal and contemporary outcome, in which everyone will feel pleasantly at home. The attentive tourist will notice the curtains coming directly from Scandinavia, the design prints, the lamps and all those little special touches that were handed throughout the apartment. The mattresses are new and 25 cm high, also all mattresses have a double special protection against dust and mites. In my house I am particularly sensitive to cleaning. In the living room you will find two beautiful pull out chair beds, and they are not only beautiful but also comfortable with a very nice mattress and a double protections against mites.

Everything in its place
In my apartment you will find all the little and big things you will never find in other apartments. In my apartment you will find: a toaster, a moka, the oven, the washing machine, the dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle for coffee and milk, the pans, the teapot, the placemats, 6 coasters, a table cloth, 6 place mats, all the needed to start or end your day with an elegant breakfast, lunch or dinner. The bathroom includes an High Performance Hair Dryer.

Smoking policy
All rooms are 100% smoke-free. I particularly care about the comfort of non-smokers and people with breathing difficulties, for this my apartment houses only not smoking people. A 50 Eur cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Id requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include passport and ID card.

Deposit policy
A 100 EUR security deposit is required. It is refundable upon home inspection and the home is found to be free of losses and damages.

Cleaning policy
In order for all guests can equally enjoy the apartment, I invite my guests to cooperate in maintaining order and cleanliness. Guests are asked to leave the dishes tidy and clean, to differentiate the junk, throwing it to the bins that are found outside the apartment, on the opposite side of the road, to use always table mats and coasters to avoid damaging the table. Each guest is asked to treat the house with the same care and love that dedicates to the own home.
These are little rules for a happy Roman vacation.
