Villa 'Sea and Archaeology is eco friendly, cool inside also when outside is hot: roofs and walls very thermally insulated, there is AIR CONDITIONING but you won't need it. High pine trees makes the air very oxygenated and fresh. Pool salt water without adding chemicals. Situated in Balestrate, Palermo area, near splendid beaches and archaeological sites. It has a large (meters 12 x 6 meters) salt water pool and NATURAL CHLORINE (NON-CHEMICAL!), Is new and ideal for individual families and large groups. A total garden of 3500 sqm.

Consists of 4 cozy apartments. It is composed of 4 comfortable units (total 400 sqm., 10 bedrooms, 6 fully equipped bathrooms, 2 showers outdoor) distributed in a flowered and wooded garden a large 3300 sq.m.
