The house was built in the 19th century and completely renovated in the year 1995. The building was extended in 2005 with a brand new bathroom. 2012 a new kitchen was installed. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one major bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two additional toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs).
A big roofed terrace provides the opportunity for a relaxing afternoon outside, even when it's raining.
The house is situated right next to a farmhouse with many animals. A nice trail around the little town provides the perfect opportunity for a nice run in the morning.
The next grocery store is 2 miles away from the town.

The Loire Valley is an exceptional cultural landscape, of great beauty, comprised of historic cities and villages, great architectural monuments - the Châteaux - and lands that have been cultivated and shaped by centuries of interaction between local populations and their physical environment, in particular the Loire itself.
The Loire Valley wine region includes the several French wine regions situated along the river from the Muscadet region on the Atlantic coast to the regions of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé just southeast of the city of Orléans in north central France.
La Vacherasse is a very little village in the state of "Deux-Sevres". 250mls south-west from Paris.
The closest bigger cities are Angers, Nantes and Poitiers.
There are many beautiful lakes and castles to visit in this region. You might want to look up the castles of Bressuire (which is pretty close) or the Castle of Saumur. The castles of the "Loire" are known for its picturesque scenery and its beautiful nature.
The main and prior enjoyment of this area is the fresh air and the peace you can experience.
France's biggest river "La Loire" is very close (30mls) from La Vacherasse.
Even a day trip to the Atlantic Ocean is easy to manage since it is only 60mls away. The highway can be taken directly from Nueil Les Aubiers all the way to St Jean de Monts which is known for its miles long white sand beach.
