Casa Accogliente Bracciano

This elegant apartment is located in Castello di Montebello, a residential building which was built by the famed architect Paolo Portoghese and is modelled on the famous Castello Odescalchi. The Castello di Montebello is just a few minutes from the well-known Lake Bracciano, the historic quarter of Bracciano and the wood of Manziana, and is situated in a quiet area, in which there is little traffic. Although the building is designed in a very modern and functional way, it gets an historic veneer through some of the details, such as old engravings of famous horses. The building, which resembles a manor house in character and is surrounded by the greenery of the garden and large pine trees, could be seen as a homage to the Middle Ages.

The holiday apartment is on the first floor of the building and offers a beautiful view over the communal garden. The apartment is spread over two floors: on the first floor with its living space of about 30 m², there is a living area with a double sofa bed, a dining area with a table for four, a kitchen area, and a large bathroom with shower and bidet. From the first floor there is access to a cosy terrace (20 m²) overlooking the large park of the housing complex. On the ground floor with its living space of about 35 m², there is a large bedroom with a double bed and walk-in wardrobe as well as access to a terrace that has an area of 30 m². There is the possibility of adding an extra bed to this room. The kitchen is equipped with four electric hot plates, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and crockery.

Both terraces have a table and chairs. In addition, one terrace is also equipped with a sun awning, while the other comes with a rain awning, so you can also sit on the terrace on rainy days.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and elegantly furnished and has free WLAN Internet access. The apartment is suitable both for a romantic weekend for two and for a relaxing holiday with the family.
