Oktoberfest Guest Room in the Center of Munich

I am a student in Munich and subleasing my guest room in my apartment during the Oktoberfest, from 17th of September to 3th of October. It is only about 3 km away from the Theresienwiesen, so that you can walk home if necessary. The room is clean, has a large desk, a computer with WLAN and access to the internet, an own fridge, a wardrobe and a 2 x 1.5 m bed (suitable for 2 persons).

During your sojourn, I will inhabit the other room in the apartment, so that we have to share the bathroom and kitchen. The whole apartment is 43 m² with a normal size bathroom and a small kitchen. You need to pay a deposit of €500, which you receive back if the apartment is in the same condition as when you arrived.
