Lovely Single-Room House in Nature

Location: 10 miles or 15 km off city of Chiang Mai, on countryside, in a quiet, secure 7,000 sqm property with natural park-like garden and a few houses.

Private: Chalet with 1 room, 15 sqm, with 3 windows, furniture is single bed (with mattress 3.5 × 6.5 ft = 108 × 200 cm), table or writing table, chairs, shelves, with hand-wash basin.

Shared: Roofed veranda around the chalet, about 50 sqm, with 3 sitting areas and nice views to the garden. Bathroom, with hot shower, hand-wash basin and toilet. Kitchen, fully equipped, refrigerator private. Dining room, with large windows providing wide view into the garden. Laundry with washing machine. Garden, most of the 7,000 sqm large garden can be explored and used for recreation. Large natural pond, 7 meters deep, can be used for swimming and boating.

Free: WiFi Internet, in the chalet as well as throughout the property. Tap water and electricity. Parking (1 car or 1 motorbike) within the property. Using the boat on the big pond. Using barbecue equipment in the garden.

At charge: The chalet is offered for self-catering, but we can offer food occasionally, e.g. breakfast if ordered in advance.

Recommendation: Public transport is possible and cheap but considered inconvenient by most guests. Therefore, you should have your own (rented) car, motorbike, or bicycle.

This unique chalet is best suitable for a person who likes nature and an inspiring environment, staying for a couple of days off the busy city to relax.
