During the Octoberfest the rate is 220 Euro and the minimum stay is during the entire octoberfest period (17 nights).
Preferably to 1-3 people, who are either working on the octoberfest or in Munich for another reason. With 3 people (3 separate comfortable beds) the rate is only 73 Euro per person/night.
