There is a balcony, perfect for smokers, as smoking is not permitted inside.The apartment is located in the second floor of the front building (meaning high ceilings and plenaty of light); all windows and rooms face Weichselstrasse. There is no lack of public transport nearby. In front of the building passes the streetcar M13 (you will only hear it with the windows open), at Frankfurter Allee (650 meters) passes the underground U5 (this line connects to Alexanderplatz and will soon arrive to Museumsinsel, Unter den Linden and Reichstag). And the train S-Bahn Frankfurter Alle (700 meters) connects directly to Schönefeld Airport. This means that the main points of interest of Berlin are almost all at 15 minutes from your apartment.
